Pricing & Appointments

Each acupuncture appointment lasts 60 minutes and comprises an assessment of your current condition and a 25 – 30 minute acupuncture session. For more complex conditions and patients with a longer medical history, a 90 minute initial appointment is strongly encouraged.

*During your visit and depending on your condition, it is common to receive diet and lifestyle advice including breath work, movement, sleep routine and mindfulness-based recommendations to assist and expedite your recovery and overall health. Where helpful, herbal formula and/or dietary supplement prescriptions may also be recommended.
